I was not raised in a location that experienced the sort of Winter that I experience now.

My beach beach house region was more of a 4 distinct seasons sort of weather.

However, the Winter was hardly ever honestly cold. The two of us would get snow a handful of times throughout the winter. There would be the one or two super cold snaps but that was honestly it. Nothing an Heating and Air Conditioning heat pump couldn’t handle. Those winters simply don’t compare, in any way, to the serious Winter of the north. Winter is on up here. It is a relentless 6 months at least of full on oil furnace heat just to be warm. So, when the calendar starts edging toward March and May, I beginning getting happy about being able to turn the dang oil furnace off. However, the oil furnace is off about a month or so before I have to kick on the air conditioning. This year, that transition didn’t go so well. I work at beach beach house and as soon as my office gets a bit uncomfortable, I flip on the air conditioner. This year, it seemed enjoy the air conditioning just sounded funny. I told myself I was being insane because it was absolutely pumping cool air through the house. However, a few weeks late I was not super surprised when the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling plan stopped toiling. The Heating and Air Conditioning guy came out and replaced a part so it was toiling again. The bitter pill was when he told me the terrible part would have been caught had I made my normal Heating and Air Conditioning service appointment. I won’t be skipping those anymore.

Heating repair
