This is great because the two of us prefer to keep our bedroom cooler than the rest of the house

When the two of us bought this apartment a few years ago the two of us knew it had a ductless HVAC plan in it. At the time the two of us really didn’t honestly believe what that meant other than the fact that it wasn’t a traditional, central heating system or a/c system in place. We did tour the apartment prior to buying it plus it was comfortable inside the new home. But, to be fair, it was certainly a nice day outside. We really didn’t prefer the plan of this odd sort of newfangled HVAC equipment. However, the apartment was listed well below market value plus was a highly motivated seller. We assumed the ductless HVAC plan would be one of those things that the two of us would eventually want to upgrade. Well, the two of us have lived in this apartment 15 years now plus the two of us really prefer the ductless HVAC system. It saves us a lot of extra money on our electric bill, it’s quiet, plus it is easier to keep clean. With traditional HVAC systems in place you have to have someone come out plus wash the ductwork every so often. Not with a ductless system, on the other hand. Also, because it doesn’t have ducts, more of the heated or cooled air gets to the correct room instead of the loss of air you sometimes see with traditional, ducted systems. As a huge added bonus, each room has its own temperature control. This is great because the two of us prefer to keep our bedroom cooler than the rest of the house. The two of us are so cheerful that the two of us left the cooling plan alone.
