When it was time to replace our air filter for the first time, I spent time looking at videos online plus reading tutorials about how to do it properly. I knew that if I neglected to replace the air filter the right way then it could potentially cause our Heating plus A/C method to run less efficiently. I didn’t want to cut anything either, but the videos I watched make it look easy. I purchased a pack of air filters plus found the vent that held the air filters. When I opened the vent, I saw how dirty the ancient air filter was plus I felt confident that I was doing the right thing. The ancient air filter was covered in a thick layer of dust plus there was debri caught in the mesh. After taking the ancient air filter out, I tried to venue the filter inside, no matter how difficult I tried, I could not get our air filter to fit. I didn’t recognize what to do, so I called an Heating plus A/C professional plus told him what was happening. The Heating plus A/C professional told me that everything would be fine, but I’d more than likely bought the wrong air filter size, since I didn’t recognize which air filter size to buy, the Heating plus A/C professional agreed to come to our apartment plus replace the air filter himself. He brought a bunch of different air filter sizes plus was able to identify which 1 was best right away. When he was done installing the current air filter, he showed me the brand plus size on the packaging. I took a picture of the air filter so I could store the information for next time. The Heating plus A/C professional was kind enough to provide me an extra air filter for our next replacement.
