Need to fix what is broken
The beauty of renting is that if something breaks, it is not on you… Typically you can call a proprietor to come in and fix the problem, then however, our rental home goes through a property management supplier that is no good, however i call and complain but nothing happens.
I believe the owner isn’t hearing anything from them and the property is getting worse with age.
I have called about major troubles that shouldn’t be left unchecked, and during the rainy season I noticed that a portion of the roof was leaking. I called and called but nothing happened. I now just put a bin underneath that section when it rains. The ceiling shows serious water damage. It will be a mess for the next tenant! Another issue is that the dryer entirely should be substituted. I have personally fixed it three times but it would entirely prefer to overheat and catch on fire. If a tenant doesn’t believe what I know, they could potentially burn down the property. I heard nothing back on that. The newest a single is the HVAC machine is a problem. It has not been keeping the home cool. The proprietor needs to hire a HVAC supplier to perform a cooling repair. I know something is wrong with the fan motor belt. I am not going to buy the area and perform the A/C repair though. I don’t mind being a little hot. However, if it gets too warm, the moisture will build up and create mold. Also bugs will be attracted into the home. That will be a mess.
