I would hate to not have any A/C on a 90 degree day and that is possible

I bought a enjoyable sized building that is going to be a new business. I am opening up a bakery hopefully sooner rather than later. After purchasing the space and a lot of the baking equipment, I hastily realized I am getting narrow on funds. I either can get the tables and chairs that I want, however no HVAC device or I get minute hand furniture with a enjoyable ductless HVAC device. I can’t decide which way to go. I am sure I could find something comfortable and cute minute hand, however nothing would match. It also would take a lot of time to find everything that is perfect. The furniture set I am looking at is all new and classy too. It would really make my space pop and look very edgy. However, not having any heating and A/C has me nervous. I mean I could afford to buy a few space heating systems and windows a/cs, however that would look terrible! Right now it is the Springtimetime and the weather is cooperating. I could get by without any heating or cooling… Summer is just around the corner though. I would hate to not have any A/C on a 90 degree day and that is possible. With the ovens going and people creating body heat, I think it could be a warm box and affect my business. So sadly, I am leaning towards getting better HVAC device and just waiting to buy the chairs and tables of my dreams. I can regularly update those later down the line.
