Heat pump even takes care of humidity as it cools

There is no doubt that modern air conditioning has to be one of the top inventions of the 20th century.

It just changed so many things.

Modern air conditioning helped industry evolve. And the HVAC we take for granted today helped reshape the map of our country. With modern HVAC, so many places that were considered too uncomfortable due to the heat were now seeing unprecedented growth. I know that in the area I live in, we would be lost without HVAC. Our weather is hot & humid much of the year. The winter is mild and gives us a reprieve from the heat. However, the HVAC cooling starts kicking on through the day come March. And then, that HVAC cooling is on until at least November. I simply can’t imagine what it must have been like without HVAC. Thankfully, I don’t have to find that out. Instead, I can enjoy the cooling comfort inside my home. However, the heat pump is not just cooling my house when it’s working. No, it’s also balancing the humidity level in the house as well. It’s actually pretty amazing how it works. And this was a revolutionary design that helped change just how the world works. What happens is the HVAC heat pump actually extracts heat energy from the inside of the house. It grabs the heat and then exhausts it outside through the HVAC cabinet on the side of your house. Well as the heat pump is removing that heat energy, it’s also removing a great deal of humidity as well. That gets exhausted outside and thus balances the humidity level inside the house.
