I spoke to the same lady that helped me make an appointment. She apologized for not stating that there was a fee for the estimate, but she told me that I had to pay the bill. I politely plus firmly told the lady that I didn’t have $99 to pay the fee. I told the lady on the iphone plus the HVAC professional that they could build me if they wanted to get the cash.
