I took all of the office cleaning tasks plus figured out a rotation that was more enjoyable

I don’t know what I am doing yet. I am kind of going with the wave, trying to find my style. My idea for opening my own company has finally been put into action instead of remaining an idea. It came together with great planning and a great execution of that plan. Yet, like with every plan, I forgot to do something. I had to have a janitorial repair or maid repair to look after our office space. That was something that I particularly didn’t think about plus should have as an office cleaning crew is essential to any business. So at the beginning, I was the one to do all the floor repair plus the other office cleaning duties. As I put in some staff members, I divided up the maid repair requirements among all of us. However, I knew pretty quick that the staff particularly hadn’t signed up to be a maid service. They wanted to do what they went to university for. And who can blame them yeah? It was not great that they worked all day plus then had to take time to essentially take on the duties of a cleaning person. I took all of the office cleaning tasks plus figured out a rotation that was more enjoyable. But, that particularly didn’t solve the problem. It was apparent I needed a janitorial service. The floor stripping plus waxing was not something anyone did well, and once I hired a commercial cleaning corporation, I immediately noticed how great it is to just leave at the end of the evening.
