I have to eat better to improve body shape

Another benefit of the gym is that they feature nutritional counseling. They recommend doing a fitness class and also taking advantage of health counselling from the counselor. They figure out what you should eat for maximum results from working out with the certified fitness expert. The exercise program is set up to achieve your personal fitness goals. For nearly a year I resisted doing nutritional counseling. I figured I eat decent enough and that it is way more important to get a strenuous work out than eat healthy. Finally my fitness trainer informed me that my progress had reached a plateau due to what I was eating for meals. After consulting with the nutritional counselor, I realized what I was doing wrong. I went over what I consume throughout the day, including all sorts of snacks and treats. The counselor was appalled by my sugar intake. I really like chocolate. I eat a few pieces of candy after lunch, after dinner and before bed. It is not out of the ordinary for me to eat a little ice cream as a late evening snack. The meal program the nutritionist gave me pretty much eliminated all sugar and enjoyment. I am now only eating one piece of candy each day. I have to choose carefully and really enjoy it. I also don’t get to munch on oreos, make cookies or put whipped cream on my strawberries. It is a difficult adjustment, but I have already seen an improvement in my weight and shape of my body. I have lost 3 pounds of belly fat in several weeks.
