Boyfriend isn’t isn’t in good shape

My boyfriend refuses to work out at all.

He sits at a desk in front of his computer for his job and hobbies. Recently, Bob and I bought a home and we’re working to remodel it. Initially, Bob started out insisting that we both head to the house three to four days per week to work on it. He also planned to put in 5 hour shifts during the work week and 8 hour shifts on the weekends. At first I was a little worried about this plan. I wasn’t positive I’d have the stamina, motivation or the time to put in all those hours. I decided to try to keep up with him without complaint. The reality has been way different than expected. We started out with an intense remodeling schedule for one week and it was great. I can put in an entire day of work with no issue. The job I have been doing requires me to squat for several hours at a time. I also bend, stretch, twist and go up and down a ladder constantly. Since I work out with a personal trainer 5 evenings a week, I am in great shape. I have no problem with the physical demands of the remodeling work. I start every morning with a deep stretch and my muscles are strong and fit. After a long day of remodeling work, my feet are sometimes a little sore but other than that, I am just fine. Bob is constantly complaining that our schedule is too tough and demanding. He bitterly whines about how often he has to stand up and kneel down. He hates going up the ladder. He is so sore at the end of the day that he has trouble sleeping. I know that his refusal to workout and lack of physical fitness is what is slowing him down.
