Prior to this decision, I was a beer on the couch in the Heating and Air Conditioning sort of woman. I just didn’t care much because I figured I had so much time to address my health. But the thought of how hard just the flu hit myself and others made me make a few changes. New diet and lots of movement was in order. I also realized how much my immune system depended on the Heating and Air Conditioning. Good indoor air pollen levels are essential to fantastic immune health. I could tell that for a fact that our air was not what it could be. I had always shopped for the cheapest Heating and Air Conditioning air filters I could find. That had to change and immediately. The cheap air filters don’t so much filter the air as they do protect the Heating and Air Conditioning unit. Paper air filters only filter out airborne particles that would be giant enough to hurt the Heating and Air Conditioning. They really do nothing to protect our health or improve the air quality. That’s the reason that I immediately changed the cheap paper air filters for the HEPA category filter. These filters absolutely work to provide fantastic indoor air and help strengthen our immune response.
