I became an engineer, too! An air quality engineer
I became an engineer, too! An air quality engineer
Growing up our parents constantly had harshly high standards for our siblings plus I.
They wanted us to become doctors, lawyers, or engineers appreciate everybody else in our family; My parents had been electrical engineers for over 40 years by the time that I graduated from middle school. They had taught myself and others a lot about their job fields plus expected that I would want to follow in their footsteps. However, I threw everybody for a loop when I decided to go into a skilled trade instead of an academic job field. I guess that they expected our heating plus cooling interest to fade quickly over time. Maybe I would get our heating plus cooling certification from the local trade school, but surely I would quit the residential heating, cooling, plus air quality control industry after a few weeks of making local Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance calls. However, they were incorrect. When I got into the heating, cooling, plus ventilation control industry I found our passion in life. I don’t specialize in air conditioner units or forced air furnaces. In fact, I am a designated air quality control specialist. This means, I help high echelon buyers with their air purification needs, whether they work in a medical facility or have extreme dust sensitivities. Since I have specialized in the air quality control field, rather than Heating plus Air Conditioning repair, I have begun to acquire an impressive paycheck plus high accolades in the air quality control industry. Maybe our parents aren’t happy that I never became an electrical engineer..! But I am an air quality control engineer.
