My wife is like the champion when it comes to preparing some excellent meals that she bakes or cooks in the kitchen. I on the other hand love to grill outdoors. It can be grilling up some steaks, chicken, or even BBQ ribs. It really doesn’t matter what it is, I love to grill it outside on my charcoal grill. I also really love grilling when we go out to a park or have a huge BBQ with family and friends. Usually the cooking comes down to what the temperature happens to be like. If it’s a nice hot day, it’s usually all on me to take care of the cooking. My wife absolutely hates when the kitchen becomes overheated because of it being so hot without enough air conditioning. She doesn’t like to put additional stress on the air conditioning system and we both agree that’s not good for the energy bills. I do wish there was something we could do so more cooking could be done in the kitchen when it’s hot outside, but I don’t mind grilling everyday when it’s hot. In the winter months, it’s all up to my wife though because I can’t be out there most days when it’s freezing outside. I have done it on several occasions, but I don’t like to be so frosty while trying to grill some good food. I actually have grilled even when it was snowing outside, not that it was the best time or anything, but the food was still good. I couldn’t wait to get back inside to the comfort of the heating system when I was grilling in the snow.
