My wife plus I have always enjoyed the thrill of the outdoors… We savor traveling to current destinations to see the lovely sites; and recently, the people I was with and I made the decision to go to this lovely section where the people I was with and I had to hike a little ways to get to our number one camping area.

We ended up coming to this seasoned bridge that crossed a river, the bridge seemed a little unstable plus this made my wife extremely nervous… I thought she was being insane when she said that the people I was with and I shouldn’t cross the bridge, but so I just went ahead to show her how safe it really was.

I was being a show off, plus I should have been more cautious for sure. I even had my backpack on just one shoulder plus it was not secured on my back always. Well, I ended up tripping over one of the loose boards on the bridge plus I dropped my backpack off the side of the old bridge! This was a real shame because I had my sleeping bag, the portable heating and cooling unit, plus a few other things of importance; my frustrated wife was really miserable because I didn’t listen to her plus I dropped my backpack. But the people I was with and I weren’t about to let this stop us from enjoying our camping trip. We still made it across the bridge plus I was able to see that my backpack somehow floated to a certain section plus stopped there. So the people I was with and I ended up climbing down that way plus I was able to retrieve my soggy backpack! I was thankful plus I inspected everything out including the portable heating and cooling unit. The portable healing and cooling unit was still entirely working, but everything was soaked in my backpack! That night the people I was with and I used the portable heating and cooling unit in our tent plus I had to hang up my sleeping bag to air dry. I had to share my wife’s sleeping bag for that night.
