Social Media is Colder than My A/C

If you have social media, I recommend you do what I do

Are you a fan of social media? About five or six years ago, I was forced into getting my first social media account because I needed to run the page of my employer. The way one of the famous sites works is that you are the manager of a site, but you can’t be a manager unless you have your own site. So, I got it. Well, then, it seemed okay. I have used it since then, even after moving onto a new job, and I have liked it. Now, though, I have decided not to use social media anymore. Why? Social media is colder than my a/c. When you are looking through the comments and you get more shivers that when you sit next to the air vent of your a/c unit, you know it is probably not all that healthy to be on social media. Right now, I have the ceiling fan blowing over my head, and the thermostat on the a/c is set at 70 degrees, which I consider quite low, and I feel fine. I know, though, that if I decide to take a break from writing and take a peek at my Facebook site, I will undoubtedly be left freezing and will have to go raise the thermostat setting or turn off the ceiling fan. If you have social media, I recommend you do what I do. Enjoy the air conditioning as a way to cool your heart, not the nasty and snide comments people make on social media. At least then you can adjust the thermostat up or down and be safe and not have to worry about mean people.
