Needless to say, it wasn’t cheap

When I first moved into my most recent home, having good indoor air quality wasn’t something that had even crossed my mind. The air had always been fine wherever I happen to be, so why wouldn’t it be now. Well it wouldn’t be if the beautiful home you moved into turned out to be really old and stuffed with layers upon layers of dust. Even the dust had dust. Now don’t get me wrong, I knew what I was doing when I purchased my home. I was already aware that it was old, but I never expected there to be so much dust. The dust wasn’t just on the surfaces it was also in the air and overall it gave the whole home terrible air quality. Just last week I was out having dinner with a good friend of mine, and I got into a discussion about my new home and my problems with my terrible indoor air quality. My friend kindly suggested that I look into the local HVAC companies for solutions. So that is exactly what I decided to do, I gave my HVAC company a call and asked them for solutions for terrible indoor air quality. There were many things that I could have done to improve my air, but the two options that I liked best was getting a HEPA filter, as well as having a whole home air purification system installed in my home. Needless to say, it wasn’t cheap. But I felt it was a worthy investment, even if that meant spending a bit more than I would have liked. Better yet, my efforts paid off too because now my air is squeaky clean and my indoor air quality is great. Now I am no longer worried about inviting people over.
