For as long as I can remember, I had been good friends with Sandra and Freddy.

Freddy always had a hard time with dating, as he was socially awkward.

Sandra and I had been with many different people, but we didn’t have good luck either. We would always hang out at a local cafe and talk about how awful our dates would go. The cafe was great because they had this really excellent climate control system with the best temperature control settings around. They had amazing air quality as well, and we all really appreciated that. The food was pretty good too. Well, eventually we started feeling bad for Freddy because he didn’t have any dates to speak of. That’s when Sandra and I came up with the idea to find a date for him. He told us not to bother with it, but we had to insist. Sandra talked a few different friends of hers to go on a date with Freddy, but things didn’t go well. I even managed to get him a date, but that didn’t go so well either. The dates were awkward because they had nothing in common with Freddy. Then I realized that Freddy was into working on HVAC systems even though he wasn’t a certified HVAC professional. I had this female HVAC tech that would always come over to work on my HVAC, so I decided to try to set her up on a date with Freddy. She was hesitant at first, but she ended up going for it because she was single. It turned out that they really hit it off because they had a lot in common and enjoyed talking about different aspects about the HVAC industry and where the technology was going. Sandra and I felt like we did a solid for our good friend.
