He said the previous owner had a generator because he often lost his power for days

There is nothing worse than waking up on a frigid morning plus frigid even though you have multiple blankets on you. That is what happened to myself and others last week. I had set the thermostat to seventy because of how frigid it was supposed to be. I heard the weatherman saying that it was supposed to go below zero. I wanted to be prepared for the cold. The oil furnace had been cleaned plus inspected only a week ago, plus the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech told myself and others that the oil furnace was in wonderful condition. I got out of bed plus checked the thermostat, which was dark. I thought I had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist put modern batteries into the thermostat. Then I realized the lights weren’t on. That’s when I knew I didn’t have any power. I was ready to kick myself when I realized that every one of us didn’t have power, which meant no heating plan either. I had talked to my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist just multiple weeks ago, about a generator. He told myself and others that if I didn’t get a generator; I was going to end up losing my power at a poor time. The home was in a secure section of the country plus almost everyone here lost their power at times. He said the previous owner had a generator because he often lost his power for days. I could only hope my power would come back sooner than later. I was going to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company plus have that generator installed so I never had to spend another frigid morning in my home. I didn’t realize how frigid it could get when you didn’t have the oil furnace running.
