The value of a home has taken a plunge over the last decade plus more.

The risks plus responsibilities of owning your own home is taxing to rationalize given the small return on investment. That catastrophic Heating plus A/C failure plus subsequent updatement is always out there lingouring. My fiance plus I have been particularly blessed with our HVAC systems in the past. We are not eager to mess with that lucky streak anytime soon. The couple of homes that we’ve owned together were sold at an unbelievable profit. Our last home was just barely able to sell even with the market so low. Additionally, my fiance plus I are getting up there in age so, we absolutely do not trust investing in another house at the moment. It is not out of the question but, there’s no rush. There’s so much downsizing to do before buying another home. It’s incredible what you can accumulate over the course of a lifetime. I think every one of us both could also take a split from all the chores. We want to let someone else split the sod plus schedule the Heating plus A/C service appointments for now. Speaking of Heating plus A/C units, the unit in our apartment is the worst either of us have ever experienced. It’s crazy. The thing is so seasoned that the SEER rating doesn’t get posted on it. My fiance and I have both complained to the landlord about how weak plus inefficient our Heating plus A/C unit is. The landlord responded with a resounding yawn. Even though I’m about to retire, I may have to keep my lawyer pants on to get something done about the heat and air.
