I recently had to get my air conditioner plus gas furnace upgraded (it was insanely expensive, plus it was awful).

It was exhausting enough but what made it worse was the poor level of buyer service I acquired from my HVAC serviceman.

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from someone I was paying to help me. The Heating plus A/C serviceman showed up late (1 hour late!) and then proceeded to make such a mess of my condo with his muddy shoes and rusty tools that I ended up having to get my carpet steamed after it was all over. In addition to that, the HVAC serviceman was loud. He wasn’t being loud doing his job and replacing my HVAC system, no, the HVAC serviceman was noisy because he blasted techno songs out of his portable radio plus talked on the iPhone the whole time, he was supposed to be working on my heating and cooling machines, yet he acted as if he was in his own home. I was relieved when that HVAC serviceman finally got the job done and left my house, even though he left behind such a horrendous mess that I had to spend even more money to clean it. I would pretty mad at this point and I called my HVAC provider and let them know how terrible my experience was. After speaking with them for a few minutes, they entirely reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning fee plus threw in a smart temperature control for my trouble. I’m entirely thankful to my Heating plus A/C provider plus because of their response I will stick with them, although I hope I never see that terrible person again!
