I recently had to get my air conditioning system and oil furnace replaced (it was expensive, and it was awful).

It was awful enough but what made it worse was the bad level of client repair I gained from my Heating and A/C professional.

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from someone I was paying to help me. The HVAC professional showed up late (3 hours late!) and made such a mess of my home home with her muddy shoes and rusty tools that I ended up having to get my carpet steamed after it was all over. In addition to that, the HVAC professional was loud. She wasn’t being loud doing her task and replacing my HVAC, no that would be too easy, the Heating and A/C professional (if you want to call her that) was noisy because she blasted country tunes out of her portable radio and talked on the iphone the whole time. She was supposed to be working on my air conditioning system and oil furnace. I was relieved when that HVAC person finally got the task done and left my house, although she left behind such a horrendous mess that I had to spend even more money to scrub it. I don’t usually do this, but I called my HVAC provider and let them think how horrible my experience was. After speaking with them for thirty minutes, they entirely reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning fee and threw in a smart temperature control for my trouble. I’m genuinely thankful to my HVAC provider and because of their response I will stick with them, but I hope I never see that unprofessional technician again!
