Salish has been cooking a lot at home since she moved out and started living alone a few months ago.

She had gotten a job where she got to work from home and she wasn’t driving to restaurants nearly as much as she did before.

She decided to save cash and learn how to cook at the same time so she tried to teach herself to cook. With so many cooking tutorials on YouTube, anyone could learn how to cook like a pro. All one needs is a level of patience and a willingness to develop as a competent cook. It also didn’t matter one’s level of experience as long as they wanted to learn. Salish learned how to cook faster than we thought. Soon she was cooking the best Asian and Italian food. Italian food is pretty cool because it’s one recognizable country in terms of food. Asian food is however a different ball game altogether as there are weird flavors and varieties to think about. It’s nice knowing how to make the egg rolls too, but it was starting to make the whole home smell like Asian food. When she was replacing my a/c filter the other day, it smelled of egg rolls. She could only imagine what the inside of her a/c was like. She should definitely run a whole-home air purifier all day as this helps absorb some of the cooking smells to get released when she makes meals in the family room. Most of the oils from those foods get released into the air as vapors and then they cling to surfaces. They then get stuck to the surfaces inside the HVAC system. The last thing you need is for the unit to be loaded with oils.
