I get so flustered with things at times.

I don’t know if it’s a mental relapse or what is going on. I just lose complete focus plus then things start to spiral out of control. For example, if I drive anywhere new, take a wrong turn, plus then another, then I start to panic and use my iPhone to find the right instruction, however I become lost with what I was doing. It’s a frustrating thing, to be honest. I don’t like having the feeling of not doing things right at all. I’m sure that is a feeling that everyone has. But to those few that can eventually live life freely, I actually do envy you. I have this issue at home where I can never get the heating plus cooling system temperature right. I am in constant need to change the settings of the heating plus air conditioning system. I’m never comfortable plus I feel that I’m always messing with the control unit dial to get what I want. I can tell you this, it’s never what I want. I should actually invest in a smart control unit however I will be messing with that 24/7 on my iPhone plus knowing me, I’ll get frustrated plus lost with that. I am very complicated plus my wife tells me that I just need to calm down a bit plus breathe. Maybe I have OCD or something because I always need something done the moment I feel it. I’m 42 years seasoned plus struggling with the heating plus air conditioning system, I know maybe life is too much for me these particular nights.
