Indoor allergens are a problem

Indoor allergens can cause a lot of problems.

They can trigger allergy symptoms like a runny nose, sore throat, coughing, sneezing, and even shortness of breath. Indoor allergens can be found all over your home. Millions of people suffer from indoor allergies and these problems come from pollutants such as mold, mildew, pet dander, dirt, and dust. There are several ways to cut down on the amount of indoor allergens inside of your home, but that might not be enough in every case. I was having some terrible problems with sinus infections and my doctor was insistent that there was a mold problem in my house. I didn’t see mold anywhere at all and I even called a mold remediation specialist to make sure. The doctor told me that the only way I was going to feel better was to move out of my house and I thought he was crazy. I did find some things that he said credible. He mentioned getting an indoor air cleaning system. There was no way that I was going to spend thousands of dollars for an indoor air cleaning machine, but I did buy a smaller, portable air purifier. The air purifier actively removes 99.9% of all germs, bacteria, viruses, and other airborne pollutants. The air purifier has a filter that needs to be changed every month and I use a HEPA air filter. These are the types of air filters that are used in hospitals, laboratories, and doctor’s offices all around the country. They are the same type of air filtration systems that were used during the covid-19 crisis.
