It’s been an important year for us, I know it’s been an even bigger year for our kids.

It’s like they are encountering a whole new world, but my wife and I decided not to raise our kids in the city! That meant moving out of the loft building with the intense radiant heating.

But it’s not as though we just moved out to the suburbs either. In fact, we moved way past the suburbs plus all the way out to an easily rural community. My wife and I are in a position where we can work remotely from home. Occasionally, we have to leave the central air conditioning of our current locale to go into the city for work. Yet primarily, we are out here plus out here to stay. But it’s been an important change for our kids. They left the only environment they knew to hastily be out in nature where things are much easier plus much quieter. And where they live is much different as well. We bought an old farm house that sits on 10 acres. The home itself is somewhat modernized. It has a replaced kitchen along with other amenities. But the central air conditioning is limited to just the first floor, we wanted the kids rooms to be upstairs, and so the local HVAC company installed a series of ductless heat pumps for quality heating plus air upstairs. Hopefully, my kids will continue to transition to our new life in a positive way. And I know the great heating plus cooling upstairs is a part of that new reality.
