Max is an up-to-date condo owner, and he is so stoked. For a long time, his dream of owning a house had seemed very far-fetched. This is because Max had so many thousands of dollars that he still owed in the form of student debt. This was the price he paid for all the time he spent in medical university. So, although Max was a medical professional, he’d been residing with 3 other men in a small apartment. That was what he could afford at the time. Fortunately, Max and his roommates were smart, and they’d been thinking about creative ideas that the medical industry could benefit from. 1 plan was perfect and they presented it to some investors at the right time. This resulted in creating a business, and getting investors to push their dream to become a reality. All over a hasty Max had enough currency to pay off his student loans, and buy a house. Max chose a property in a great part which he could improve, and increase its equity. Also, buying it with cash meant no mortgage which was a sizable win, however part of the work that Max has been doing in his up-to-date condo is figuring out the right heating and cooling. Initially, Max thought a heat pump would suffice. He’d use it to cool his condo in summer, and heat it while in winter. However, his regular Heating and AC contractor recommended Max to install a furnace because winters were too chilly. Max thought about it and wanted to install a modulating furnace. Max had done his research and knew it was 1 of the most energy efficient heating systems available. The local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor agreed, and Max went ahead to invest in the new furnace.
