I don’t really know how people end up going to the dentist whenever there is anything wrong. It takes so much for me to get out of the central a/c of our house to go to see the dentist… I’m just absolutely terrified when it comes to dealing with the dentist. I think that every time that I go into that office, I shall come out learning some sort of horrible news about our health! But thankfully I have an absolutely enjoyable partner, but not only does she coax our children to the dentist but she has to do the same thing for me… Then most of our time is spent inside the heating, ventilation and A/C of the home. It’s where I live plus work each day; lately, I have been noticing a recurring sinus issue plus lots of sneezing plus coughing, but so our partner finally dragged me into the dentist’s office to find out what was going on. I almost always hate sitting in the waiting room with the heating, ventilation and A/C cooling on full blast because it’s so cold… Anyway, the oral dentist gave me the once over plus I was ready for him to give me some medication. But this time, that was not the case; he asked me a lot of questions about the environment I lived in, then the dentist felt that our respiratory concerns were a result of awful indoor air pollen levels. So instead of medications, he told me to update the central heating, ventilation and A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. And then he recommended I call the central heating, ventilation and A/C supplier to get HVAC duct cleaning plus HVAC duct resealing. I did just what the dentist ordered plus am content to find that upgrading the heating, ventilation and A/C air filter plus getting HVAC duct cleaning did the trick.
