I don’t know how people end up going to the doctor whenever there is anything wrong with them.

It takes so much for me to get out of the central a/c of our cabin to go to see the doctor, however I’m just honestly scared when it comes to dealing with the doctor.

I think that every time that I go into that office, I will come out reading some sort of horrible news about our health. But thankfully I will also have a honestly great partner! Not only does he coax our children to the doctor although he has to do the same thing for me, but most of our time is spent inside the heating, ventilation and A/C of home. It’s where I live plus work each afternoon; then lately, I have been noticing a recurring sinus issue plus lots of sneezing plus coughing, and so our fiance finally dragged me into the doctor’s office to find out what was going on. I also constantly tend to hate kneeling in the waiting room with the heating, ventilation and A/C cooling on full blast because it’s so cold; anyway, the doctor provided me the once over plus I was ready for him to deliver me some medication. But this other time, that was not the case; then he asked me a lot of questions about the environment I lived in. The doctor felt that our respiratory complications were a result of terrible indoor air quality. So instead of medications, he told me to replace the heating, ventilation and A/C air filter with a HEPA filter. And then he recommended I call the heating, ventilation and A/C company to get ductwork cleaning plus ductwork resealing. I did just what the doctor ordered plus I am glad to find that upgrading the heating, ventilation and A/C air filter plus getting ductwork cleaning did the trick.
