Every one of us moved into a home together & the two of us had a lot of creatures running around the location. Every one of us adopted many cats & another pet & our family of many was perfectly complete. Eventually the pets grew out of the yard. They needed more room to run & play & I was tired of residing in a neighborhood where I could hear our neighbors fighting. I thought it might be nice to live somewhere in the country on a couple of acres with lots of room for the pets to run & play. My wifey agreed with myself and others & the two of us decided to put the home on the market, before the two of us put the home on the market, the two of us had a cleaning contractor come to the home to perform a deep clean. Every one of us have pets & the two of us knew that the home entirely stinked adore our pets. If the two of us were going to get top dollar for our location, it was important that the home stinked fresh & clean. Every one of us also have the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan service. Every one of us had the device cleaned & tested & the two of us had the air duct cleaned & sanitized, then cleaning & sanitizing the air duct was a big expense, however it easily got rid of the stink of pets & it made the home much more approachable for people that did not already have pets. Every one of us ended up getting asking price plus 5% for our home. Every one of us closed on the sale before the two of us even found another location in the country for all of us.
