I recently helped install a state-of-the-art & one of the kind Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan in a downtown casino & hotel.

The job was really one of the most advanced & intricate Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C upgrade jobs that I have worked on.

I was one of 20 contractors selected to labor on the downtown casino & hotel. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C plan features sensors located throughout the entire building. These sensors are activated by motion & they have infrared heat sensors. They can automatically adjust the indoor rapidly increasing temperatures in order to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel at any time. Even the pool has sensors to monitor the temperature levels. The pool stays 98° while I was in the Winter time & summer time weeks. The pool has many giant water slides. I told our wifey & adolescents that I would take them to the casino & hotel in a couple of weeks after all of the fanfare has died down. I guess it could be fun to stay there for a few afternoons & adore the indoor water park & pool. Since I worked on the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C upgrade plan install job, I can get a room at the casino & the hotel for next to nothing. The director of the casino is a neighbor of mine. It’s the reason why I got picked for the contracting job in the first location. I made $65,000 on that job in 40 afternoons & I have our neighbor to thank for giving myself and others a head up about the job, she put in a fantastic word for myself and others & got into the ear of the foreman. I owe that woman a big debt of gratitude.
