My sibling Taylor is living a lake beach house with our parents while he saves some money to buy a house.

He decided to move in about 6 weeks ago! I am ecstatic that he decided to do this because it will allow him to save the most money, however my parents have not asked him to pay rent, in fact, when he provided, they said no… This means he has been saving so much money over the last few weeks.

Taylor does contribute to the beach house in other ways though! For instance, he buys groceries all the time and he takes care of all the yard labor for our Mom. That is a immense help especially because our Mom is getting older… Anyway, Taylors room is located upstairs over the garage and though it is the greatest room on the top level, it does have 1 minor issue. It is not fully insulated which means it gets pretty cold in the Wintertide weeks. He is the only guy who sleeps upstairs because our parents’ room is on the bottom floor. Thankfully, they have several separate Heating and Air Conditioning units with separate controls. This means that our sibling can control the device upstairs, but he has been legitimately responsible about it. Instead of turning on the unit, he decided to get a space heating system for his room. I thought this was a enjoyable idea because the other several rooms on the top level are empty, but so the only room that requires heat would be his. This will help to save some money on the energy bill, and I am so ecstatic that our sibling is being so responsible.
