After I moved into the rental house, I noticed some concerns with drainage in the bathtub in the master lavatory. The water slowly drained, then eventually all of the water went down the pipe; but the bottom of the tub always filled up with water while I was taking a shower! It was a crucial pain in the butt to stand in the soapy water and it was a safety issue. It was actually easy to slip and fall in the water. I then contacted the landlord, and she told myself and others to buy a bottle of Drano. I bought the drain cleaning product and followed the directions on the back of the package. I waited 24 hours, but the drain was still moving slowly, but my landlord refused to contact an actual plumber. I searched for a plumber near myself and others that were in their infancy. I had a hard time finding a plumber near myself and others that was sufficient. I did not have any method what was wrong with the drain and that made things even more hard when I was trying to explain the problem to the plumbing company representative, and a worker came to the house and the girl cleaned out the drain line, and she removed the metal area from the tub and then used a long cord to snake the drain. The pebbles looked akin to the style of rocks you might find in a fish tank. The plumber recommended the rocks had been in there for a while, possibly from the previous tenant in the house.
