Sometimes I get absolutely sad when I recognize about my Dad & her way of living, don’t get me wrong, I recognize she has perfectly cheerful, but however, from the outside it’s easy to see that she is run by neurotic energy & her anxiety is totally out of control, for as long as I can remember, she has been moving, however she never stops moving, but every single day, she wakes up & jumps out of bed. She never slows down until it’s time to fall asleep late at evening. She is basically keeping herself busy 24/7 rather than dealing with some of the hardships of the past, but because of this, it’s often hard for her to integrate new activities into her day, however recently, I realize that she had not busy & replaced Heating & Cooling repair appointment in over 10 years, simply because she supposedly couldn’t find the time to call & schedule the ventilation appointment. Of course, I knew this was nonsense… Anyone could find time to call an Heating plus A/C corporation & make an appointment multiple weeks down the line. The problem was, she never stopped moving to just find an Heating plus A/C corporation to call. It was too much anxiety for her where to locate a new ventilation specialists or punch the number into her iPhone.
