I never realized that being an independent HVAC specialist could be so challenging! I am pretty much always working extra strenuously to get to all the odd heat and a/c appointments that I need to get to.

I have been doing this for a few years now.

And although business is fantastic, I absolutely need to think about hiring some additional help. Doing all these HVAC repairs and occasionally heat and a/c device upgrades by myself absolutely takes its toll. With the work I am doing though, I need to call the local newspaper and run a help wanted ad. I will need another certified HVAC specialist in order to be able to hire additional help. I like one that is experienced and has been in the business of HVAC for at least 5 years like I have. I do not have time to deal with brand new trainees that are fresh out of heat and a/c device school. I need someone that can just find out what the job is and go right to work without any issues. I will now call the newspaper on Monday and see what the cost is to run a help wanted ad. It should not be especially much because I see ads from smaller companies rather often! So I know it should be undoubtedly affordable. But even if it was a little overpriced, I would pay to run the ad because of how difficult I toil every single day.
