I never knew that being an independent heating and air conditioning specialist could be so hard! I am always working extra hard to get to all the different heat and a/c appointments that I need to get to.

I have been doing this for a few years now.

And although business is great, I really need to think about hiring some additional help. Doing all these heating and air conditioning repairs and sometimes heat and a/c system installations by myself really takes it toll. With as a good as I am doing though, I need to call the local newspaper and run a help wanted ad. I will need another certified heating and air conditioning specialist in order to be able to hire additional help. I prefer one that is well seasoned and been in the business of heating and air conditioning for at least 5 years like I have. I do not have time to deal with new trainees that are fresh out of heat and a/c school. I need someone that can just find out what the job is and go right to work without question. I will I think call the newspapart on Monday and see what the cost is to run a help wanted ad. It should not be that much because I see ads from smaller companies than mine in there so often. So I know it should be very affordable. But even if it was a little pricey, I would pay to run the ad because of how hard I work every single day.
