I can genuinely remember nippy seasons back when I was in middle school & high school.

I went to this special private school & the journey there was approximately an hour each way. We had a special school bus that would get us at our dwellings rather than a bus stop sort of like official school kids had. The one thing I will never forget about that school bus is that they had the finest heating & cooling appliance! Public school buses were severely lacking in the heating & the cooling appliance side of things… But this special school bus was not! They made certain that the driver & all us little ones on it had amazing indoor comfort on the hour long ride to & from school regularly… Occasionally when it was especially frosty out & if I did not get enough sleep, I would go to the back of the bus with an acquaintance of mine & we would basically sleep the hour journey to school while being perfectly relaxed from the good central heating that the school bus had! Nothing could beat that heating appliance when it came to school buses. I used to tell all my public school pals how good the heating & the cooling appliance was on that bus. They did not actually believe me. I did not care though because I always had the greatest heating & cooling appliance on the bus & they didn’t. I was so thrilled to go to this private school instead of the official public school.
