I could not really understand it.

In the last year alone I had spent more on heating and air conditioning maintenance than ever before in my whole life! I did not have any breakdowns of my central heating and cooling unit.

This was all on things like HVAC tune up and check ups, ductwork cleaning and general things like air filters. But how could I have spent more then if it is just the usual HVAC maintenance that I do every single year as far as I can remember? Well it turns out that the times are changing and the prices of everything are going up! I already knew food and rent prices were skyrocketing in today’s pretty messed up economy. However I did not realize that the heating and air conditioning companies and their HVAC home services had also been going up like this! Now I do. It was happening right under my face and I did not even notice it. I would just get my routine HVAC maintenance done, pay the bill like clockwork without even looking at it much and moving on. Now that I know this I may need to look for an independent heat and a/c specialist instead to take care of all my HVAC needs. The reason I am saying an independent heating and air conditioning specialist is because if you make deals with them you can get things cheaper. And I am thinking maybe I can make a deal with an independent heat and a/c worker to get all my HVAC maintenance for the price I used to pay before inflation. It’s worth a shot.
