At the time, I sort of felt a ping on my something’s fishy radar. But the two of us were so gleeful to get the apartment that I sort of swallowed that yellow flag feeling plus just moved on. The seller did indeed change out the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment plus it was verified by the home inspector prior to us closing. However, the home inspector missed a very pressing detail to the new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment. Perhaps, I should have had the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C business out to verify the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment when I first got the sense something was afoot. But, I was counting on the home inspector to know his business which includes Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. The seller pulled a fast 1. He was so keen to change his mind plus put in new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment because he got a crazy superb price on it. But the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component was undersized. It wasn’t sizable enough for the heating plus cooling of the volume of air in our home. We’re currently laboring this out with the lawyers. I’m easily wanting to make an example of both the seller plus the home inspector.
