Whenever we get opened again, I think that our little family cafe is going to be even better than it was before we closed down.

• We had a lot of issues last year with all of the shutdowns going on, and we decided to take that time to back up and regroup! We wanted to go ahead and rebrand the entire place and redecorate everything.

Not only that, but we knew that the cafe needed a whole new heating and air conditioning system put in. Since we were going to go ahead and do that, we decided to also have the commercial HVAC company that we chose put in all new ventilation ducts as well. We didn’t want to ever have to do any work on the HVAC system again, so we went ahead and did it all at once. I think that the new HVAC system is fantastic, and I know that the indoor air quality in the cafe has never been better. I think the fact that the new heating and cooling system is doing so well is a good sign for us when we get reopened. I think that the customers are really going to love how great the indoor air quality is inside of the cafe now. Not only that, but they are also really going to love the decor and the all new menu that we have. I’m excited to get opened back up and going again soon. Hopefully we are going to be opening in just a couple more weeks. It’s been way too long.
