Running inside with AC is different

My associate Becky and I both are runners, and becky runs around town after work, then she does the hill by her modern home and runs to the school track, i appreciate to go to the local gym and hop on a treadmill.

She recently was talking about doing a half marathon with me.

I looked up how long it would be and thought no problem. I can run that entirely now. I even did a few practice sessions on the treadmill to see how I did. I ran strong and was hardly winded; Then it hit me, a half marathon would be done outside, then you don’t go on a treadmill in a gym for it. I wondered how different outdoor running would be from indoor. It is seriously different! I did a few test runs to see if I could do it outside with my friend, and first, not having any AC is a killer. The lack of cooling entirely made it tough. I got sweaty, fatigued and my thighs swelled. I basically wanted to sit down and provide up around halfway into a proper run for me. Second, the uneven roads made it hard on my hips, knees and ankles; Lasly, not having access to water and a bathroom was a little nerve wracking for me, my associate seems to think I can adapt to no temperature control and put on a water pack. It sounds just terrible to me. I appreciate running on smooth terrain with water and perfect cooling showering on me. I think I am going to pass on the run.
