I have to say that I like our dog, he is a relaxing pet and is almost like one of the family.

It is sort of like having a child in a way, but occasionally the dog has to do things that make me not so happy and becomes quite a headache! The one major thing our dog constantly does that I can not seem to get him out of the habit of is taking a leak on our central heating and A/C unit, but my HVAC system is not a toilet for god sakes! I try to get the dog to stay away from the central heating and A/C component when he goes outside to do his thing, I just can not seem to accomplish this, every single time the dog takes a leak on our central heating and A/C, it not only kills the value of the HVAC unit, but it makes our central heating and A/C component disgusting and I have to go out there and scrub the central HVAC component with the hose and some soap.

It is an entirely substantial hassle to have to do this almost every other day. Training the dog has failed, and I have spoken with our local vet about it and they are also at a loss. So I believe unless I want to get rid of our dog, which I do not, I have to deal with our central heating and A/C component being the lavatory for our darn dog!
