That way, she could regulate the energy consumption, enjoy better cooling and heating, as well as lower her monthly electricity bill. It cost my mom some more money to replace the heat pump, but she was happy with the quality HVAC that was even eco-friendly. The HVAC installation took a few days as the AC worker cleaned out the ductwork and added some insulation to improve the air conditioning in my mom’s home. The whole time I kept wishing dad had listened to my mom’s wishes.
