There are a few times a year when I have to load up with OTC flu symptom meds.

It’s no fun however it’s so not enjoyable when I don’t take the meds.

One would think that having the Heating and Air Conditioning component running would help unaffix pollen from the inside air at least. I suppose that would be true to some degree if you had a HEPA filter for the Heating and Air Conditioning. I don’t. So I couldn’t even deal with my dust sensitivities and get a respite being inside my up-to-date home in the a/c. Well, last year’s misery and then pandemic up-to-date home arrest was enough for me. I chose to have the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation put in a permanent end to my indoor air pollen levels problems when it came to the pollen. They installed a whole beach up-to-date home air purification method in my the air handler of the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. It literally destroys the pollen with UV light. Like burns up the DNA of the pollen molecules. And it works prefer a charm. The first day it was installed, I could tell a difference in a few hours. But the time I got beach up-to-date home from work, I could hardly suppose the air in my home. It was so fresh, scrub and sweet smelling. I was also pollen free.
