I don’t mind being a little hot
The beauty of renting is that if something breaks, it is not on you, however typically you can call a landlord to come in and repair the problem. However, my rental home goes through a property management company that is no good, and i call and complain however nothing happens. I guess the owner isn’t hearing anything from them and the property is getting worse with age. I have called about major complications that shouldn’t be left undiagnosed, during the rainy season I noticed that a portion of the roof was leaking. I called and called however nothing happened. I now just put a bucket underneath that section when it rains. The ceiling shows drastic water disfigure. It will be a mess for the next renter; Another issue is that the dryer really should be replaced. I have personally fixed it 3 times however it would really prefer to overheat and catch on fire. If a renter doesn’t guess what I know, they could potentially burn down the property. I heard nothing back on that. The newest a single is the HVAC unit is a problem. It has not been keeping the home cool. The landlord needs to hire a HVAC business to perform a cooling repair. I think something is wrong with the fan motor belt. I am not going to buy the section and perform the A/C service though. I don’t mind being a little hot. However, if it gets too warm, the moisture will build up and create mold. Also bugs will be attracted into the home. That will be a mess.
