My wifey and I recently moved everything in our lives to a new house; We’re not ready to buy our own place yet, so of course the people I was with and I are renting right now.

We quickly signed a 2-year lease on a many kitchen house with a pretty cool fenced backyard and a sizzling tub… My wifey was genuinely excited about the sizzling tub on the property.

It seats several people and it has LED lights and many jet powered massage settings. I love having a backyard for our dog, however our very favorite thing in the house is the gas furnace. We have a neat old gas furnace that will heat the house and the sizzling water; The gas furnace has a 98% AFUE rating which clearly makes it energy efficient, then nearly all of the energy that’s going to be used by the unit is for creating heat. That’s so much much better than the cheaper gas heating systems that have an 79 or 80% AFUE rating at best. The gas gas furnace will save us a lot of money on heating, especially since I know it will heat our sizzling water. This is the first time that I have lived in a house with an old gas furnace, and I am starting to realize why most people love having this unique heating equipment, then since the people I was with and I can consistently run the gas furnace and the sizzling water gas furnace with the same energy, that means the people I was with and I can genuinely save energy and money when the cold air rolls around next Wintertime. In our last home, the Wintertime heating bills were crazy. We’ll have significant savings with gas and I expect the Wintertime heating bills to be a lot better.
