I rent a room downtown.

I honestly can’t afford to rent a dwelling myself so I just have one of the rooms in a two bedroom dwelling! The owner of the dwelling has been acting pretty silly lately though.

She refuses to run the air conditioner appliance. She is terrified of covid-19 plus she found out that air conditioner appliances can spread the virus through the HVAC duct. I told her that the lot of us could get an entirely strong air filter to take on this but she won’t hear it. I am absolutely certain she would just kick myself and others out if she could afford to do so. She’s terrified one of us is going to bring home the virus. She even wears a mask inside at all times plus he has been regularly wiping down the entire dwelling. I don’t really know where she gets these disinfectant wipes from. I haven’t been able to locate any for weeks now, but this thing with the air conditioner appliance is getting a little bit out of hand. It’s been 90 degrees for weeks now plus still she won’t let us turn the air conditioner appliance on. Instead, every window in the dwelling is open plus the fans are working constantly. I am thinking about getting a window a/c appliance for my room but I do not want the dwelling owner to get mad. I am not entirely sure that he would though… After all, I do not see how a window A/C appliance could hurt anything. It would only cool air in my room, not throughout the whole dwelling. So any virus I might have would still be trapped in my room only.

Heating maintenance
