I went from not actually liking pets to full on owning a cat.

The stray animal just sort of claimed myself and others as his modern owner, he went from napping on my car, to my outdoor lanai and now he is in my house.

The animal fur is actually what I don’t prefer about the situation. I have tried to keep him contained in 1 room of the house. He can have the guest bed and rip the comforter to shreds. He also can shed all over the rug and blankets. I will just keep the business away from it. The complication is that I am noticing the animal fur still gets in other areas of the apartment and in particular things. My Heating and A/C system in unique has been having a rough go with the animal fur. My air filter used to last a full month. I would change it and the dust and hair would be minimal. My hair is short and was hardly in the Heating and A/C filter. Now with a animal full time in the house, the air filter hardly lasts 3 weeks. It is mainly full of animal fur. The Heating and A/C system also has shown pieces of hair inside of it. Not only is that icky, however it is not good for the Heating and A/C. The Heating and A/C operating with hair in it means it is sluggish and has to toil harder. That means my energy bills will be steadily rising. I have tried brushing the animal to stop the shedding and cleaning the apartment more often; Still, the animal hair manages to get into my Heating and A/C, the air filter and even in the ductwork.
