My fiance is forever complaining about the quarterly bills in our house. It doesn’t matter what I do; she has a suggestion for being able to do it more efficiently or by using less energy. I periodically wonder why I even married the woman until she smiles at me. Two weeks ago, she aggravated myself and others with her constant complaints. Our energy bill had come in and she got it before I did. No sooner had she looked at the bottom line, and she was lecturing me. I stood there with my lips walletd. It was all I could do to keep from commenting on her pompous attitude. When she finally shut up, I walked into the kitchen. I opened the freezer and unplugged it. I opened the back door and pushed the open freezer onto the porch. I told him it was frosty enough that the people I was with and I didn’t need the freezer inside. She was unhappy with me, however she didn’t say a word. The next afternoon I called the Heating and Air Conditioning corporation. I asked them to come out and do a thorough energy check on our gas furnace and air conditioner unit. I told them that my fiance wanted to guess how to save currency on our heating and air conditioner. They knew my fiance well and the owner of the Heating and Air Conditioning business laughed. Every year my fiance went on a tirade about our energy savings. She asked myself and others what I had done in response to her tirade and I told him about the freezer on the porch. She sent her best Heating and Air Conditioning specialist to our apartment the following afternoon. My fiance was beach house to track the inspection.
