Rarely do we hear howling wind at home and, even worse, my parents don’t have a generator. Without power, the HVAC unit was not working and we had no heat and it was pretty cold out.0 My son spent the afternoon wrapped up in a blanket. Fortunately, the power wasn’t out long and within minutes of it coming back on, the HVAC unit had us comfy once again. It’s a good thing I live in the south. My son would be miserable if we lived in the north.
