No mess no stress

I recently had to get our heating and cooling system replaced (it was costly, and it was awful).

It was bad enough but what made it worse was the awful level of client service I acquired from our HVAC worker.

I have never in our life experienced such rudeness from someone I was paying to help me. The Heating and A/C worker showed up late (4 hours late!) and made such a mess of my apartment with his muddy shoes and rusty tools that I ended up having to get our carpet steamed after it was all over. In addition to that, the HVAC worker was loud. He wasn’t being loud doing his task and replacing our Heating and A/C system, no, the HVAC worker was noisy because he blasted pop songs out of his portable stereo and talked on the cellphone the whole time, he was supposed to be working on our cooling system and gas furnace. I was relieved when that unprofessional HVAC worker finally got the task done and left our house, but he left behind such a horrendous mess that I had to spend even more money to clean it. I don’t usually do this, although I called our HVAC provider and let them know how awful our experience was. After speaking with them for a few hours, they reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning fee and threw in a smart temperature control for our trouble. I’m actually thankful to our HVAC and because of their response I will stick with them, although I hope I never see that awful Heating and A/C worker again!
